Hi Everyone! Happy Tuesday and welcome back. Here’s my Actifit report.

I did stretching and warmup exercises this morning and I walked around the neighborhood. Today was nice beautiful, sunny and warm day. Walking around was great while basking under the sun.

Stayed home and did housework. Took a nap and got well rested.
