Description from Strava: Running with O'Hagans in the domain this morning. 2.6k warm up then 8 x 500m with around 200m recovery. Was meant to be steady, faster then fastest (3x). My paces were 4:42, 4:32, 4:20, 4:37, 4:16 (oops) 4:24, 4:33, 4:25. I didn't do the last one. Then about a 2k cool down.
