Description from Strava: Back in the water 25 days after my accident. Vince Sesto helped me hop in and took my crutches back up the beach. Didn't want to overdo it in the swell and for my first swim. Managed twelve minutes and without a wetsuit. I used a pull buoy to keep my foot still and afloat
