Description from Strava: A big group for our run this morning. We did just over 2k warm up then 2 x 1k at a steady pace (4:55, 4:52) then 12 x 300m (have varied from 4:37 to 4:16) with about 100m reminder between. I finished with a 1k cool down. Pretty happy with the pace since that's the fastest I've run in a while 😊
