I promise we actually did a swim and ride and didn't just head straight to coffee. We are racing in Maraitai next weekend so it was time for a course recce put on the bike course. We had a bit of annoying head wind with the first half of our ride. I didn't realise how tough it was and thought I was just tired from the week of work and training. The ride back to Maraitai was a lot easier and felt really good, I wish the wind was always behind me.
