Description from Strava: @running
The image is from racing last night, which was good fun but still got a lot of work to do. Back running with the O'Hagans running crew in Auckland. Today's run was pretty straightforward with a 2.5km warm up followed by 9 X 600m repeats, with 100m easy walk after each. A quick cool down before finishing up and getting Kirsty to work. The weather is cooler and no humidity so nice to push the pace a bit.

At what pace are you running these 600s, @run.vince.run?! LUV
Trying to hit 5km pace...for me that would be about 3minutes, 55seconds per kilometre
For endurance purposes that seems the right way to go to me. But I wuld do 1000's with this purpose.
600's I'd do for a 3000m or 5000m max. and I'd try to do them at a 3000m pace. Just my opinion ;-) !LOL
