Description from Strava: Nice long run for the week. Broke it up into three parts. First part run with Kirsty Sesto , second part run under 5 minutes per kilometre, third par hold on and finish the run. I've been really slack and not doing all my long runs lately so made sure I got it done. It was a nice morning for a run and now a nice aftertfor lunch out at the bays.
