Description from Strava: Downstairs on the treadmill this morning as it's a bit wet and windy for the start of the long weekend. Still a good workout though.
10 minutes warmup, followed by;
6 minutes effort, 2 minutes easy

4 minutes effort, 2 minutes easy
3 minutes effort, 2 minutes easy
2 minutes effort, 2 minutes easy
4 X 1 minutes effort, 1 minutes easy
