Morning speed work brought to you by Guns n' Roses. A rainy morning and decided to sleep in instead of heading out side for the group Interval Run. Instead I hit the treadmill for a:
8 minute warm up
10 x 2 minutes effort with 90 seconds walk
Random cool down
Concentrated on trying to keep form as perfect as possible and thinking I might need to keep doing that and my technique could be slowing me down a little.
