Description from Strava: What a great morning. A public holiday so really easy to get into the city and just as I arrived the rain stopped which was a bonus. Instead of the usual interval run, when we have a public holiday on the Friday we usually head up to Mt Eden for hill repeats.
I managed four hill repeats but my last one was a little short, but still a good workout and great to see so many people out at this time of the morning, during the middle of winter as well. Smug now as I sit on the couch and sip my morning coffee.
