Description from Strava: Longish tempo on the shortest day. After a nice morning at the beach with an open water swim and easy run. It's time for my usual Saturday tempo run. Trying to slowly build the distance as well. A really nice day. Not too cold and light winds. Racing tomorrow(cross country MTB) and next Saturday(cross country run), so feeling good.
