Description from Strava: Back into my usual routine of spin bike and interval run on a Wednesday morning. The weather is definitely getting warmer so it's a little easier to head out the door for a run after sitting on the spin bike for 40 minutes. Shorter intervals of 30 seconds of effort, followed by 30 seconds easy.
