Description from Strava: Back at Kohimarima for the swim run races. Last week was cancelled so this was the first race of the season. Nice conditions out on the water and was able to push pretty hard to come out of the water pretty fast. Only a 500m swim this week, followed by a 4km run. I had to work hard in the run to not get caught by the end of the run.

Well done. I was thinking the overall pace was not that quick, but on Strava I can see there is something happening before the actual run. It looks on there like you were really quick in the water.

Yeah had a really good swim, I find it easier to just put everything under a run
