Morning Interval Run

run.vince.run just finished a 11.42km run, that lasted for 68 minutes.

Description from Strava: Another tough workout on our usual Friday interval runs with the O'Hagans running crew. The run for today was reletively straight forward:

  • Warm up

  • Main set(repeat the following three times)
    600m steady, 200m easy
    600m fast, 200m easy
    600m very fast, 200m easy

  • Cool down
    Pretty good for 8 of the 9 repeats...Just kinda fell apart a bit on the last very fast repeat. We have the Taupo marathon next weekend, so will be missing the interval runs for a couple of weeks.
