run.vince.run just finished a 27.11km ride, that lasted for 63 minutes.
This ride helped run.vince.run burn 603.1 calories.

Description from Strava: It's that time of the year again to be racing the national duathlon champs and even though I put the whole race under a bike ride, the race panned out as a 4.5km run, 20km ride and 2.5km run.
It's only been a week since racing a marathon, so I was a little apprehensive about today's race. I've been really looking forward to this race for a while so didn't want to miss it.
My times were pretty good considering and the race was a minute faster than the last time I did the course. I ran really well but struggled a little on the bike and lost a few places but made a few back in the final run. Even though we won't be racing this course again, I am hoping I can get my time under hour next time.
