Treadmill Speed Work

This run helped burn 386.0 calories.

Description from Strava: The image is from my swim this morning. It's still a bit crappy and you can't even see the big dormant volcano in the background.
I've been running pretty well lately but today's run was a bit of a struggle. I didn't sleep well last night and think it made things a little tougher than usual.
I did a spin class before as my warm up so headed straight into the main set of 9 x 3 minutes hard with 2 minutes recovery walk afterwards. The last 4 were a little struggle.
