Description from Strava: Another crappy day out and I was really bumbed not to get my interval run in with the O'Hagans runners. I was probably better off running at home after a bike workout. I stick with intervals after a 15 minute warm up, I went for one minute on with one minute off for 10 reps, jogging the recovery.
