Morning Trail Run
run.vince.run just finished a 7.67km run, that lasted for 74 minutes.
This run helped run.vince.run burn 620.0 calories.
Description from Strava: Something different for Saturday morning. We had another race cancelled today so took up an invitation to check out some more of the local trails down in the south of Auckland.
We headed to trails in Hanua, and as you can see in the image, a water fall. The trails were pretty tough with about 3km of climbing and stairs to kick off the run. Things then even off for the rest of the run but it was pretty tough going and hopefully a few more runs will get out legs moving over these trails again.

Looks like a beautiful place and running is a great way to explore. The hills must be hard work though.
!PIZZA
Yeah, the hills really suck...A lot of stairs both up and down.
I gifted $PIZZA slices here:
