run.vince.run just finished a 10.2km run, that lasted for 52 minutes.
This run helped run.vince.run burn 473.0 calories.


Description from Strava: Well another week of racing cancelled, thanks to an oncoming cyclone this time. It gave me time to get some good training in and I was able to make my vespa power shirt from the transfers they gave me.
My run was actually pretty good and was able to do about 10km increasing the pace for each kilometer.
