run.vince.run just finished a 24.5km run, that lasted for 148 minutes.
This run helped run.vince.run burn 1518.0 calories.

Description from Strava: Not sure if you should throw in a 16km race in between your long run, but it was a good test if pace.
It was a beautiful morning for it and after a short warm up we took on a small local 16km race. It was a really good test and a big confidence booster. I still have a long way to go before I am ready to race in May though, but it looks like my training is working.
@run.kirsty.run also had a good morning, running at her goal pace for the morning. She also gave vespa ango for the first time with no issues and seems like it worked well for her too.
We stopped at about 2 hours of running and decided to get some breakfast and coffee.
