The image is from the weekend, but it's a great pic, so that is why it's here. I had a little sleep in this morning and decided to do my interval training at home on the treadmill.
After a 7 minute warm up I then decided on.
4 x 4 minutes hard, 3 minutes walk
7 x 1 minute hard, 1 minute jog
This was a tough session as always but feel like I am slowly getting stronger.
