I just finished a 5.052km running that lasted about 0hh:25mm:13ss !
With the weather being pretty crumby, it's usually the case that I'm posting a lot more on my running. Even though I am spending time on my spin bike but usually don't post on exhaust as I am not 100% sure my kilometers on the spin bike are correct. I am usually doing a little less riding as well as simply riding indoors kinda takes it out of me as well.
