Lunch Ride

I just finished a 34.538km cycling that lasted about 1hh:26mm:45ss !

The wind this spring has been a bit of a pain and I was really not feeling it today so decided I would take it a little easier heading into the wind for our ride today.

The speed was noticibly a little slower than normal but I am glad I did not have to grind out the first half of the ride into the wind. I will push harder on my rides later in the week.
