Morning Ride

I just finished a 40.197km cycling that lasted about 1hh:35mm:41ss !

We're going to be back to full training in now time.

And for now, we don't really have any races much bigger than a 50km run so it won't be too over the top but we both have some big goals in the coming months.

Either way this morning was a great time to be out riding with light winds and no rain until we were back home for the afternoon. Looking forward to some good summer training to come.
