Afternoon VO2MAX Run


I just finished a 6.708km running that lasted about 0hh:34mm:15ss !


Back at it trying to create a little speed.

I'm back using my first run of the week trying to build a little speed. It's been what I've been working towards for a long time now and I am not sure why but my training is starting to actually come together.

Not 100% sure how or if it's simply a manner of all the little training sessions coming together, I don't want to change anything Incase it is the missing piece.

Today was speed work, specifically improving VO2MAX with 90 second repeats with a one minute break. I managed 10 repeats today and will hopefully be able to push for 12 next week.
