My Actifit Report Card: May 31 2023
I decided to start running a while ago but i couldn't do it until today. I got up around 5:45 am. Had a coffee and navigated in hive ecosystem a bit.
Then I've had an apple!yesss It's a big deal for me cause i ate so many junk food recently and i don't like apples that much but it's important to eat healthy and feel good afterward.
I managed to get out around 7:15. Weather was great. Cloudy with a nice breeze. First i walked Milo my dog to do her business then i returned her home and continued with Smarty ,Another dog! She's the queen of this area and daughter of Milo.
We walked about 1 kilometer to warm up and pass the steep parts of the road. Then i started to run slowly. My legs were a little surprised and my breathing wasn't that smooth but anyhow i enjoyed it.
Smarty escorted me all the way. She's a fabulous girl! So vibrant and curious.
Although she's my guardian , being out with her put me in more dangerous situations. Like when she sneaked on people's yard and their big dogs chased us and we ran!! we really really ran for our life

Humidity is very high in this area and it makes it harder to do exreme activities but i guess human can adjust to any situation. We are very strong creatures. It's mind blowing what we can do and what we can make of ourselves ✨
