To coach my father after my retirement? I'm afraid he won't be alive by than, ans certainly not doing sports any more !HUG !LUV

I was thinking about the chance (hopefully big) that your father (and other loved ones) are still (relatively) healthy by the time you reach retirement age (which hopefully can happen soon if you win the jackpot in a big lottery). 🤔🧘‍♂️🤯🤗 !LOLZ !DIY

If it's by legal retirement age I'm afraid that won't happen, since that would take another 20 years and by than he would be 90+ years old.... !wine !LUV

While relatively very rare, someone who is that old can still exercise (lightly) if he/she has taken very good care of his/her (physical and mental) health. 🧘‍♂️🤓 !HOPE !INDEED !DIY

There are !INDEED a lot of factors that will affect the health of older people, but ensuring that the four important healthy habits that I told you before (which are balanced diet, proper exercise, adequate rest, and early morning sunlight, not to mention avoiding harmful chemicals) are (very) strong factors that affect health, now and in the future. 🧘‍♂️😏 !PIZZA !DIY
