@steevc just finished a 7.58km run, that lasted for 45 minutes.
This run helped steevc burn 551.0 calories.
Description from Strava:
I was out slightly later today, but I did not run into too many school kids. I did see the little ones queuing to go in to the lower school where my kids went some time ago. It was nicely cool with a bit of a breeze, so perfect for me.
I just did the usual loop up the hill and around Fairfield to stretch my legs. The pace did not matter, but it was okay. I was just out there to get a bit of a workout and I saw others doing the same. I am sure there are more runners now than when I started about 12 years ago. I went for decades with very little real exercise, but decided I needed to stay in shape and be healthy.
I like it up by the woods there. There are a few fallen trees rotting away. One advantage of my bone conduction headphones is that I still hear the birds.
I was mostly listening to Add To Playlist from the BBC. My sister suggested it a while back and I love the variety of music they play and talk about.
As always I am happy to create Hive accounts for any Stravans who would like to earn something from whatever they want to blog about.

Burning over 550 calories in 45 minutes is just great, definitely a solid morning workout! I generally can't make it in a day :)
Do you run? Just walking around won't burn much. I don't worry about the calories anyway.

Hello everyone I hope you are all good and well today in this post is some of the evidence to prove my case
If you didn't know I've been getting downvoted for a long time on Hive
They have been trying to bully me with downvotes and words but it doesn't affect me I've been online for over 25 years
So I've dealt with people like this before it's nothing new
But what they are doing is bad Very badi joined steemit like everyone else thinking it offers freedom but I must say steemit offered much more freedom than Hive does
Everyone already knows I only post my own original content I have no need to steal anything from anyone
I've been labelled a lot of things on Hive 😂 by the biggest farmers scammers and downvoters
Actions speak louder than any words do especially when them words are coming from a compolsive liars

Nice job on your run. I did the treadmill thing this morning. Continued listening to my Jazz Legends podcast. I think you would enjoy it if you got the chance. They have some really good stories on there. Mostly talk though, no music, but it gives you a lot of stuff to dive into after the fact.

Hello everyone I hope you are all good and well today in this post is some of the evidence to prove my case
If you didn't know I've been getting downvoted for a long time on Hive
They have been trying to bully me with downvotes and words but it doesn't affect me I've been online for over 25 years
So I've dealt with people like this before it's nothing new
But what they are doing is bad Very badi joined steemit like everyone else thinking it offers freedom but I must say steemit offered much more freedom than Hive does
Everyone already knows I only post my own original content I have no need to steal anything from anyone
