Last week I was marshaling at Henlow Bridge Lakes when we had over 300 finishers. Some had just done their Couch to 5k course. There were 'just' 200 this week.
My work are doing a Move In May challenge so I will be logging more activities for that, including some walks. Today I jogged to the park on a lovely morning. There was a guy at the start whose t-shirt said he had run at 250 venues! I am a long way off that.
My run went pretty well today. I paced it about right so I could be consistent and it felt good. I sometimes pick someone to act as my pacer, but they do not know that. There was a guy I almost caught a couple of times, but on the last half lap I passed him and another guy to finish well. This was not far off my best for the year so I hope to improve.
I neglected to take any photos, but we had blue skies. Some of us went for a coffee and a chat afterwards before I walked home with one of the ladies who lives near me.
Monday is a holiday here so we hope to get some work done in the garden. We may get some rain, but it will probably not be much.

If you didn't know I've been getting downvoted for a long time on Hive
They have been trying to bully me with downvotes and words but it doesn't affect me I've been online for over 25 years
So I've dealt with people like this before it's nothing new
But what they are doing is bad Very badi joined steemit like everyone else thinking it offers freedom but I must say steemit offered much more freedom than Hive does
Everyone already knows I only post my own original content I have no need to steal anything from anyone
