steevc just finished a 6.41km run, that lasted for 37 minutes.
This run helped steevc burn 391.0 calories.

Description from Strava:

After a long day of work we went back to the hotel and then I had to get changed to get straight out for a run as I had arranged to meet the others at the Inn on the Beach, which we had visited on a previous trip.

I had not run the full length of the old Hayling Billy railway line before. It is a nice easy run as there are no hills. There were lots of people walking or cycling plus a few runners.

As I got to town it was getting a bit misty. I ran past some houses and when I got to the beach I could hardly see the sea. I was just in time for dinner and just had time for a quick wash before I met the others. They had brought me a change of shirt as I was a bit sweaty.

I had haddock and chips with a Frigate ale. I think that may be the same as I had last time. It was dark by the time we finished and the mist had cleared, so we could see the lights of Portsmouth. I did get lift back as I did not want to run after eating and it was too dark anyway. Getting there have me an appetite.

Run free.

Wow, what a beautiful view! Nice job on your run! I'd probably start running if I got to take in views like that every morning!

Running activity, especially on the beach is certainly very fun. Away from the noise and we can see lots of things. I like the beach atmosphere and my place is close to the sea geographically. Yesterday I tried to write a few things about the beach and its correlation with health. Thank you sir @steevc for sharing this, stay run and stay healthy. Blessing
