steevc just finished a 6.98km run, that lasted for 42 minutes.
This run helped steevc burn 510.0 calories.

Description from Strava:
The weather keeps on changing. After a sunny Sunday we had a really wet Monday. I was in the office again yesterday when it was dry and it stayed dry for today when I was working from home and had time to run.

I did my usual Fairfield loop. It went pretty well, although I still get some niggles from my hip. I was listening to Cryptomaniacs, but at some point it must have stopped playing and I did not really notice. I do tend to have thoughts going around my head anyway. I only realised when I got home.

As I ran back along the High Street I was feeling pretty good. I was keeping up a reasonable pace and not having to breath hard. I do tend to find that after a few kilometres I can settle into it without feeling I am working too hard.

I seem to have been put down to volunteer at parkrun this week. I had not actually planned for that, but I can do it anyway. I will try to fit in some extra runs around it.

I am seeing the physio again on Friday. I would hope that will be for the last time with this injury.

It's already admirable that you're trying to keep fit and I think it's really commendable. Maybe you could go a lot quicker, but you're going nonetheless so.... cheers to you.🌺✨

Well we have it better than some other places. I think we will see chaotic weather from now on. Stay well.
