Morning Run: Powering up in multiple ways

I just finished a 5.765km running that lasted about 0hh:32mm:53ss !

Today is Hive Power Up Day and I wanted to add some HP. I had added some each day in January to get the Power Up Month badge, but I needed to run before doing anything else today.

It is fairly mild out again with the run shining. I headed to West Drive for some hill intervals. I again managed to do them all at under 5min/km pace. I am very happy with that as a while back I was struggling to achieve this.

It was fairly quiet out there, but I saw a few birds around. They get through the winter somehow. On the way back I took the long way up the hill behind us, but I was taking it fairly easy then.

Once home and ready for work I did my power up. It was not a huge one, but then I have already used up a fair bit of my liquid funds. I am still not using HBD savings as I want to be helping others and I can make about as much from curation anyway. I am not desperate to take funds out.

Hive five and stay well!

Oh man, I totally forgot about it being power up day. I just moved some funds into swap.hive the other day, so I guess I will use that to do a small power up. Thanks for reminding me. Nice job on your run! I did a quick 20 minute workout this morning before heading in to work. My wife's building doesn't have heat so she got to stay home :P

I don't like to miss getting a badge :) I hope lots of people take part this month. I know the HBD savings are attractive, but spreading the votes via HP is important.

It was nice out there today. I guess a lack of heating up your way is pretty serious given how cold it gets.

Yeah, they were hoping to have it fixed last night, but that didn't happen. I think I missed last month's HPUD due to it being the holiday.

Always impressed you keep up the running! When I get out of self isolation I'm going to go for a run (I just do about 3k normally)

Have a great day!
