Chelsea Football Specials 15 - Christopher Nkunku Injury update

The Chelsea FC medical has today issued the following statement regarding Christopher Nkunku who was brought in June following his purchase since January last year. The knee injury Nkunku has gotten during the match against Dortmund will keep the forward out for a while at least two to three month.

He has undergone surgery, the 25-year-old will start a rehabilitation regimen with the club's medical staff as soon as possible and hoping he will return early to kick off his campaign for Chelsea this season because the club really need him.

I was looking forward to see Nkunku against Liverpool on Sunday and for him to be the missing link to beating Liverpool having lost few games in a role.

I hope to see a serious side on Sunday from Chelsea team. Hoping to see a winning team assemble by Poch the Chelsea new boss.
