I hadn't realized how much walking relaxes me until I was locked up for a while 😅 Not only is it good for your circulation, but it's like your thoughts start to calm down as you get your body moving 😌 Oh! Music helps me in those moments too! I motivate myself every day thanks to music, although sometimes, not even music can keep my thoughts still, that's when I go for a walk haha ​​🤗 Thank you so much for visiting my post and for commenting 😘💚
