My Actifit Report Card: January 6 2022
This should have been the most important training of the week. Unfortunately bad shape today, probably because of the late time to go to sleep yesterday. Pulled off 1x2000 (3'53"/km) and after that 3x1000 (3'39"-3'48"-3'49") thanks to my daughter will took the last 500m each time. We continued with 4x200m (39"-38"-43"-35") with wie a strong wind against and I ended the session with 3km cooling down. At least I had the kilometers today... For the first day this week. The good thing was wearing the mobile and having the steps registered, otherwise it would have a poor performance. Keys go for some more kilometers tomorrow...
