Back on track?: April 30 2025
Back to the longer series but I keep fighting the tiredness from the Tuesday training even though I didn't push till the limit..
So instead of doing 3* 4000m , I've started with 3000m and did 3* 3000m especially because I couldn't really start to pace up. The problem is that I have to do these series alone...
Made a fish Thai curry today.
