Another half marathon in training: May 11 2025

Whilst my children were near Burgos to do a pentathlon competition, I tried to find a comfortable pace for the half distance. Just like Friday I wasn't able to find a comfortable pace, not even at 4'30"/km after the 4 kilometers at warming up pace...

Yesterday there had been a fire in our building. Luckily without victims or too much material damage.
