Last training before half marathon: May 16 2025

I still felt too much tiredness in my legs to do anything constructive either regarding distance or pace, so I did an easy 6k even with two short stops.

Followed by 1250m pool swim

Tomorrow we'll be accumulating more tiredness because of a day trip to Ibiza and a control for my daughter... I'll try to take a first dip in the sea. First preparation for the triathlon and Aquathlon season. Lol
