hope for no injury: June 3 2025

Bad news a few days before the Balearic master's championship on Saturday. I hurted myself during the running post of the laser run training. I've started with pain because of more warning up enough but once warmed up, things went fine and I even broke my record in the short series... Afterwards pain started again and we'll have to see what tomorrow brings...
