cycling and running at the University grounds: July 29 2025

Trying something new both for my daughter @cycling riding a mountain bike and for me finally using the bike rack I've bought half a year ago lol

Now I can transport two bikes, two children and a lot of material,b how great is this! lol

It's especially necessary if both children next weekend wasn't to participate in a triathlon cross at the other side is the island...

Maybe worth to mention that I've been running, though slowly, 12km. It goes with a bit more pain in my heel but it's going into the right direction though.
