run-swim-pluck: August 14 2025

Since this week I've only been cycling yet and tomorrow is triathlon day for the kids (and I probably won't train) today I needed to find a way to run and swim. My boss wanted to accompany me so we did a calm 7k run and fight with the waves for about 500m afterwards.

Before to go home I went to pluck figs. The season has started.
