First series again: November 28 2025

Running 6* 1000m series with my daughter. Perfectly between 3'55" and 4'00" and finishing strong in the last serie. 90" test between series. This means she can do this and I hope she will start building more on this base....

Swimming afterwards was not going that week yet with the pain in my ribs, bit anyway getting better....
