recovery run: December 1 2025

I felt quiete well today considering that I've been racing 5km plus another 8km. Even though the pace wasn't what is supposed to be yet or wasn't particularly slow neither.

Nevertheless this recovery run seemed endless today, probably predominantly because I needed to run alone...
