Friday run and swim: January 23 2026

A calm run today because tomorrow Master's championships 1500m. I'm not expecting a lot in my current shape and less with the bad weather that has been forecasted but you never know...

Donde "our" usual pool is out of service, we had to go to an other one, in Son Caliu. It's always adapting to be circumstances but it was good after some inactivity to seeing again.

For my daughter is another drink too skip. She already left to Córdoba where she'll participate in the dishonesty championships cross country tomorrow.
