Long(er) run: January 25 2026

Unbelievable but for a few hours it looked like spring today. A lot of wind and again rain are to be expected but before noon or es spring time!! About 15 degrees and almost no wind, t-shirt weather, at least for running.

My son accompanied me, doing fartlek by bike and practicing like this for the first at 8th February....

After that he made "lunch"
