Recovering: February 2 2026

Last year I've been doing 2 cross country competitions a day several times, and I went training like normal the next day. Today I felt tired after a cross country competition of only 6km...

Anyway thanks to the first 8 km with Fran (and changing the field loops), I've been able to do a total of 13km. A good start of the week, tomorrow there will be fast series in the laser run training, but Wednesday and Thursday will be unsure because I don't know yet if I'll go and train bringing my son, or I won't run, bringing my daughter to fencing and obstacles.

I still need to take my day off from last week on Thursday, normally... But I don't know if I need to wait here for someone seeing up new internet...
