laser run training: February 10 2026

Three long series (shooting + 700m) and 4 short ones (shooting + 300m) and there was only one round where I couldn't complete the shooting: the last one. A lot of "last seconds" but also one very good one in both series. Running was not that good, because I still haven't been recovered completely from the duatlon bit I'm very happy with this training session!
