A bit longer run: February 15 2026

What to do better on a Sunday than go for a longer run, right? My daughter really is leaving the kilometers so I needed to insist heavily do she would complete the 12 km, even slow pace at 5'30"/km. I added a 4,6k lap in crescendo ending my last 600m at 3'46"/km.

We keep fighting against the wind, but at least today we had a sunny day...
