laser run training: February 24 2026

Still tired legs from the weekend, so no fast leave running today, at least not in the 700m series. Bad shooting in these series too, so it didn't look like it was going to be my day today... In the 309 series the situation changed, I shot a lot better and ran around 1'00" out 300m which is not bad in these circumstances
