Running and swimming: March 6 2026
Running slow with my daughter but like this 10k were passing fast and that was the objective. Afterwards a swim but cramps in my feet and legs showed an overall tiredness because of the long run in Monday, the series with the laser run on Tuesday and the long series on Wednesday, not to mention both competitions from last Saturday.
So I took it easy with the swimming. 1000m, from which 750m were with a buoy to keep my legs up and to be able to conectarte on the rest of the stride. I'm aware of the fact that if I don't improve my technique I won't swim any faster...
